    ThePlug & Play functionalityIt allows you to connect the DIFUMA distillation system to your Thermomix® in just a few steps and, with the familiar intuitive operation of the Thermomix®, distill hydrosols, essential oils, and aromas from natural products without any prior knowledge. High-quality stainless steel and precise material processing with final assembly in Germany make the still a long-lasting companion to your Thermomix® kitchen appliance and form the basis for the distillation of beverages, fragrances, and oils.

    The Thermomix®'s blade motion prevents the distillate from burning and ensures even temperature distribution. The dimensions of the still's tube ensure a wide rise of the steam, thus ensuring the complete transport of the contained aromas to the cooling compartment. There, the distillate condenses and is transferred to a collecting vessel.

    The generously defined volume of the Thermomix pot is advantageous for distillation. This allows for a high yield even with a single distillation. It's a truly wonderful feeling to fill a bottle or two with homemade distillate made from natural products.

    Will I still be able to use my still if I ever buy a new food processor?

    Selbstverständlich verkaufen wir die spezifischen Adapter der Destillen auch separat. Damit ist es problemlos möglich, mit einem neuen Adapter besipielsweise eine ursprünglich auf den Monsieur Cuisine ausgelegte Destille auch am Thermomix® TM6 zu verwenden.

    How do I clean the still?

    Die Destille und die Schläuche kannst Du einfach mit klarem Wasser ausspülen und an der Luft trocknen lassen.

    Bei größerem Reinigungsbedarf können auch die Verschraubungen der Destille gelöst werden.
