Important NOTE:

With the new German alcohol tax law (like all other stills with a capacity of up to 2 liters) since January 1st, 2018, DIFUMA stills can also be sold legally in Germany and without registering with the authorities. Please note that we as the manufacturer expressly point out that this still may only be used for the distillation of distilled water, hydrosols, essential oils, aromas, fragrances, perfumes, food, for alchemical experiments, etc. or as a collector's item. If you are caught distilling alcohol, you could face a fine.

Is it basically possible to produce gin with the still.

That's fine. You can make your own gin with the still.

Schnaps and other alcoholic beverages can also be obtained with the still.

Technically, none of this is a problem. - However, it is NOT PERMITTED in Germany.

Can I also distill alcohol-containing substances?

Technically this is not a problem. The distillation process is ultimately the same for all substances. - However, it is NOT PERMITTED in Germany.

Can the still be used to produce just distilled water?
