ThePlug & Play functionalityallows you to connect the DiFUMA distillation system to the Bosch Cookit® in just a few steps and - with the usual intuitive operation of the Bosch Cookit® - to distill hydrolates, essential oils, gin, liquor and aromas from natural products without any prior knowledge. High-quality stainless steel and precise material processing with final assembly in Germany make the still a long-lasting companion to your thermal food processor and form the basis for the distillation of drinks, fragrances and oils.

Thanks to the blade movement of the Cookit®, the distillate mixture is prevented from burning and an even temperature distribution is ensured. The dimensions of the pipe of the distillation attachment guarantee that the steam rises widely and, as a result, the aromas contained are completely transported into the cooling segment. There, the distillate is condensed and transferred to a collecting vessel.

The generously defined volume of the Bosch Cookit pot is advantageous for distillation. This means that a high yield can be achieved with just one distillation. It's a really nice feeling to fill one or two bottles with homemade distillate from natural products.

Overall, the DiFUMA distillation system offers a convincing alternative to the conventional copper distillation system. The clear advantage is maximum flexibility, as the DiFUMA system enables the use of an existing kitchen appliance such as the Bosch Cookit & Co. Will I still be able to use my still if I ever buy a new food processor?

Of course, we also sell the specific adapters for the stills separately. This makes it easy to use a still that was originally designed for the Monsieur Cuisine on the Thermomix® TM6 with a new adapter, for example.

How do I clean the still?

You can simply rinse the still and the hoses with clear water and let them air dry.

If more cleaning is required, the screw connections of the still can also be loosened.

Is it really that easy to use?

Clear.
