The easy way to produce aromatic distillates with your Monsieur Cuisine®

The Plug & Play functionality allows you to connect the DIFUMA distillation unit to the Monsieur Cuisine in just a few steps and - with the usual intuitive operation of the Monsieur Cuisine - distill hydrosols, essential oils and aromas from natural products without prior knowledge. High-quality stainless steel and precise material processing with final assembly in Germany make the still a durable companion for your thermal food processor and form the basis for the distillation of beverages, fragrances and oils.

Thanks to the Monsieur Cuisine's blade movement, burning of the distillate mixture is prevented and an even temperature distribution is ensured. The dimensions of the distillation attachment's tube guarantee a broad rise of the steam and thus a complete transport of the contained aromas into the cooling segment, where the distillate condenses and is transferred into a collection vessel.

The generously defined volume of the Monsieur Cuisine pot is advantageous for distillation, allowing for a high yield from a single distillation. - It's a truly wonderful feeling to fill a bottle or two with homemade distillate from natural products this way.

Overall, the DiFUMA distillation unit offers a convincing alternative to conventional copper distillation units. Will I still be able to use my still if I ever buy a new food processor?

Of course, we also sell the specific adapters for the stills separately. This makes it easy to use a still that was originally designed for the Monsieur Cuisine on the Thermomix® TM6 with a new adapter, for example.

How do I clean the still?

You can simply rinse the still and the hoses with clear water and let them air dry.

If more cleaning is required, the screw connections of the still can also be loosened.

Is it really that easy to use?

Clear.
