By Patrick Müller
Ginger – the defensive super herb
Ginger has an anti-inflammatory effect, activates intestinal activity and was effective against various viruses in laboratory tests. In traditional Chinese (TCM) and Indian medicine (Ayurveda), ginger has been considered a remedy that warms the body from within for centuries.
Ginger is also very good for the skin
In skin care it is considered antiseptic, antiviral and anti-inflammatory. It promotes blood circulation and has an antioxidant effect. Ginger is particularly suitable for care products for athletes, for muscle pain and rheumatism.
Use of ginger hydrosol
Ginger is particularly suitable as a facial toner, or you can also use it to make masks. The active ingredient is very suitable for tiredness or stress. Very good for use for muscle pain. Even when used in a cream, it can fully develop its balancing properties.
Note: Hydrolates should always be stored in a cool, dark place.
