The hydrosol of this powerful plant, used as a room or body spray, can have this same strengthening effect on your body and refresh your mind and thoughts. Used in skin care, for example as a moisturizing ingredient in a homemade cream, it has a clarifying effect, stimulates the metabolism and makes the skin soft and supple.

Dandelion hydrosol Recipe

Ingredients

  • Ingredients: Dandelion leaves or flowers or together.

Instructions

  • Add 1 litre of water to the Thermomix mixing bowl, 0.7 L of water to the Monsieur Cuisine
  • Add approx. 100 g of fresh, young dandelion leaves or flowers to the cooking basket
  • Put the lid on the still and start the still as described in the instructions
  • In the Thermomix, set the time to 30 minutes, the temperature to Varoma and the speed to level 1
  • After 10-15 minutes, the hydrolate drips into the collecting vessel.
