Homemade liqueur made from ginger and mint hydrosol

Ginger, mint hydrosol > Homemade herbal liqueur

Warm. Fresh. Invigorating.

Ginger and mint – two natural forces that have an invigorating effect and, when combined, unfold an extraordinary interplay of aromas. You can make not just a tea or infusion from these plants – but a fine, home-distilled hydrosol that combines the spicy freshness of ginger with the cool clarity of mint.

The scent? Fresh, lemony and sharp with a hint of herbs—a true energizer. The ginger-mint hydrosol is perfect for culinary experiments—for example, for a handmade herbal liqueur that warms and revitalizes from within.

With the @DiFUMA distillation system and your kitchen appliance such as the Thermomix®, Monsieur Cuisine® or Bosch Cookit®, you can easily capture this clear plant spirit – and refine it further.
