- fresh elderflowers
Instructions
- Add 1 L of water to the Thermomix mixing bowl, 0.7 L of water to the Monsi
- Fill the simmering basket with fresh elderflowers, chop them up a little, but do not overfill them
- Put the lid on the still and start the still as described in the instructions for use
- In the Thermomix®, set the time to 45 minutes, the temperature to Varoma® and the speed to level 1.
- After 10 - 15 minutes the hydrolate drips into the collecting vessel.
