Homemade rosemary sauna infusion
Sauna infusion – make it yourself:
The sauna is a place of relaxation and recovery that invigorates and pampers both body and mind. A sauna infusion can take this experience to the next level by increasing the humidity and spreading a pleasant scent.
Sauna infusions are more than just hot air - they transform every sauna session into a sensual experience. Whether aromatic scents that fill the room or invigorating infusions - each infusion offers a new way to revitalize body and mind.
The key to the individual character of a sauna infusion are essential oils. These concentrated extracts from plants not only give the steam a pleasant scent, but also offer various therapeutic properties. From eucalyptus for the respiratory system to lavender for relaxation, there is a wide range of essential oils to choose from.
